Things your mom didn't tell you about being pregnant....

** Mild anatomy language** I warned you...

What I want to know is, who the heck tells you about what the crap is going on in your pregnancy. I know there are books but really, isn't there one that will tell you "this month..you'll probably feel like your vagina is going to fall off.." or "don't worry, you probably feel like you want to shoot death rays at everyone today, its normal to feel and act like godzilla" I want to know about these things, that way I know I am NORMAL.
I think I've gone to everyone of my sisters (ps..I have two..exaggerate much?) and asked them questions like "Am I supposed to feel like my baby is trying to escape out of my belly button?" or "Why does my stomach have tiger stripes and why is it so hairy?" I complain....a lot. Just let me complain, I promise my fit will be over. Let me tell you that my iron pills are making me constipated and that none of my shoes fit because no one ever told me my feet would get pregnant too. I thought that I got a free pass to complain whenever I wanted to and everyone would just ignore and forgive me because all my excuses were "because I'm pregnant."
You love me, so that means you'll listen......right? Thank you everyone for listening to me rant and moan about all my crazy bi-polar feelings and how my feet hurt and blah blah blah. Thank you and you are appreciated.

Some reasons why Devan and I love Josh (they aren't in any particular order):

Reason #1

He helps other people, even when he has zero time he finds time. I love that quality about him, he's always in the service of his fellow man. He really is one of the most selfless people I have ever met.

Reason #2

He loves his nieces and nephews. Every time we see them he's always wrestling with them or playing with them even when he's tired from working all day. He loves kids and is a kid at heart. I think that's why we're so compatible, we both never want to grow up.

Reason #3

He's studious. He's in school right now and has been kicking trash! He's always been a goal getter, something I'm trying to get him to rub off on me. When he wants something he ALWAYS finds way to earn it. I'm so proud of him and all of his hard work.

Reason #4

Even though, I do the most annoying things (some are on purpose) he still loves me. When I get into my "poor me, I'm so fat and pregnant" moods he cheers me up and I do it a lot. He's patient, kind, hilarious and the best person I've ever known. There are a million why I love this guy! He's going to be great Dad and we love him so much! Thanks honey, for being such a swell guy! (P.S. This is our first family photo with the three of us.)

Good News Minute

Sorry everyone, its been awhile. Please forigve us. Lots has been going on its taken a little longer than I thought to blog about it. Lots of ups and downs (more ups than downs, thank goodness) but we've been hanging in there.

First off, my bad ace husband is rocking school. He's top in his entire class! I couldn't be more proud of him. He's dead sexy in his scrubs..mmm mmmm good! I have yet to capture a picture.

Secondly, some of our favorite people finally tied the knot after an 8 month engagement. Josh and I were both invited to be in the wedding party.. The wedding and everything simply divine! Ashlee you looked stunning in your dress and Brian looked dashing! Congrats Gibsons we couldn't be happier for both of you. Now we wont feel so bad when we make dirty jokes! We love you guys!

Lastly, I refuse to take pictures at my mammoth self. Just know that I am getting bigger and I'm almost done. September needs to come faster, its time for my little squash to be evicted. I'm way too excited to see what she looks like. As the warm welcoming arms of the third trimester rolls in I'm starting to feel the leg cramps and the achiness. I'm starting to feel like a big blob, but we know time is a tickin and we can't for Devie to be here. Until then, I'll suck it up and make do with the swollen ankles, my short supply of undies and the need to eat a whole meal every .125seconds.

Three things...#1 the first time I ever had corn rows was when I went to a dance, I didn't get them because I was hanging out on a beach in Mexico...was I ghetto or what? #2 Do you see how long my hair is? I'm thinking I want to have it long again..Josh says he prefers short hair. Eh...its been fun having it but I think its time to grow it out. #3 After I took my ghetto corn rows out my hair was bigger than what you see above. This is why I want to grow my hair out again...just to experience this one more time.

I have a grandma/jungle print muumuu and I wear it all the time. I've single handedly brought sexy back.

I've got you babe

This one is my all time favorite!! I just want to pluck him out of the pictue and squeeze him! Look at that little thumb. Doesn't it remind you of Michelle Tanner? You got it dude!

Meet Josh.. More importanly, meet little Josh. Isn't he just stinkin cute? Not just any cute but the "I could just eat you up!" cute? He thinks I'm crazy because I literally melt when I see pictures of him when he was little. Weird? I think not...so what if I hold and hug onto the pictures and talk in the obnoxiously high voice about how adorable he is...its not weird...maybe a little. Whatever.. Anyway, since we found out we were having a little princess its been itching both of us to know what she looks like. Don't you think Josh would be cute as a little girl? Ok let's talk about me now.

Isn't the anticipation killing you? I'm just dying to know what she'll look like. She's going to be a halfy so I wonder if she'll have that unique, model look. I'm so excited to see her! I hope she doesn't have the Guerrero nose.
