My kids are funny. Right now Devan is playing in her brother's bouncy play thing and saying "Mom! Mom! Mom!" makes me crazy because she's says MOM! over and over but I can't help but to laugh. Oh boy, they are so cute! Did I mention Gavin has a tooth? Can you believe it? The second he bites me, nursing him is over! He'll get the same thing but in a bottle.
I love my kids

For your viewing pleasure...
I might be a paranoid parent..I leave the bathroom door open when I do my business so I can hear what my kiddos are doing. Sometimes my daughter will come and sit outside the door and read to me or just come talk to me. I'm sorry if you think that's weird, like I said, I'm a paranoid parent. After this I felt ok to start shutting the door.

Gavin and Devan are so different. Devan is really all over the place she's my wild child, which I absolutely love. Gavin is my calm and shy kid. He sits up on his own and rolls over. He is definitely a mama's boy. I love it! Gavin is my little parasite, not only does he feed off me but he's attached to me and I wouldn't have it any other way. I just can't believe they're both getting so big! Devan will be 2 in 6 months and Gavin will be 1 in 6 months. I think since for 4 days they'll be the same age we're going to party hard that week and have an awesome bash for their birthdays.

surprise!
This is me, when I have to keep a surprise a secret. I think I seriously have a panic attack. This year Josh's spring break falls at the end of April and since flight prices change. I got a good deal on tickets. I surprised him with tickets to Brazil. I put him on a scavenger hunt and the whole time I couldn't breathe because I was so freakin' excited!! He was speechless! It's his birthday/Valentine's day present! He deserves this break so bad and I was excited to be able send him back to his second home for a little while.

I less than three you...
I love February. I love, love. I love my kids even when they make me nuts! I love my husband because when it comes down to it he just rocks! I even love my husband when he drives me crazy, but even more...I love that he still loves me when I make him want to pull out his hair. You're a fox babe! Don't you love, love month?

Thank you Wal-Mart Shopper
So, I love to grocery shop, I hate any other kind of shopping but I love to grocery shop. I love putting meals together and testing new things on my family. I was out doing my regular shopping and had stopped by Sam's Club to pick an econosize pack of butter (remember I'm a baking a fiend) for my oodles of bread and fill up the gas tank. When I was finished I made my way to Wal-Mart to start add matching and I know the cashiers hate this but I save TONS of money doing it. So anyways, I'm checking out and I realize my wallet is in the car. No biggie I know my debit/credit card by heart. I tell the cashier...no dice. Its not working I swear I have money the damage was $98 and I start to feel the heat come up in my face and there's a line forming behind me. Not to mention I look homeless I was wearing sweats with holes and I had my son with me who was wearing mismatched clothes because he had a blow out in the car. I ask the cashier "Can I run to my car and grab my wallet?", she says sure and she's super nice the whole time. Then this amazing thing happens the lady in back of me who only has a couple of outfits for her daughter I presume says "Don't worry about it, I got it" I'm thinking "I swear I have money you don't have to do that!" she insists and I feel bad because I really don't think I deserve this. I feel really bad again because everyone needs help and at that moment I needed help and she was there to help me. Maybe I did deserve something so sweet. I let her know how grateful I am and she says to "I know you'll do something good for someone else." My faith in people is restored. I was having such a bad week, because my husband was MIA with finals and all and my oldest is teething and my youngest needs to be attached to me so I barely have time to shower and look decent. There are good people in this world and I'm still grateful to you Wal-Mart shopper. Whoever you are, thank you!
